To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options: Payment must be made in full for all treatment under $300. Options for payment of services greater than $300 Cash or check with a 5% fee reduction (bookkeeping reduction) if paid at initial visit. Credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card). 50% down at time of initial service and 50% due at second visit if no additional insurance involved if lab incurred. CONTRACT PAYMENTS Treatment with fees greater than $300 have the option to have a contract written up for 90 days in office financing interest free with approved credit.
